The beach club is also receiving a significant facelift.

The marina is currently offering promotional dockage while redevelopment continues and has already grown from zero vessels to approximately twenty in a relatively short period. With slips capable of accommodating yachts up to approximately 150 feet, the marina continues positioning itself as one of southern Belize's premier boating destinations.

New Everyday Amenities

As more owners begin spending time in the community, additional conveniences are arriving as well.

The former general store is being transformed into a neighborhood artisan market complete with grocery essentials, coffee service, and light dining. Fuel services are also returning, making daily life inside the community considerably more convenient.
