Road to 100,000 Subscribers Giveaway

1. Giveaway Overview

To celebrate the growth of the Will Mitchell Belize YouTube community, we are giving away five Belize vacations for four people and one property lot at Secret Beach, Ambergris Caye, Belize.

Prizes will be unlocked at the following subscriber milestones:

A total of six prizes will be awarded if all milestones are reached within the legally applicable promotion period.

Milestones will be verified using the official Will Mitchell Belize YouTube channel's subscriber data.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of:

• Belize
• United States
• Canada

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in their place of residence.

Employees, agents, directors, and officers of the Organizer, RE/MAX Belize, and companies directly involved in administering the Giveaway, along with their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

The promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. No separate entry form required.

To participate, eligible viewers must leave a genuine comment on at least one qualifying Will Mitchell Belize YouTube video published on or after the official giveaway launch date and before the applicable entry deadline.

Each eligible person receives one entry per milestone drawing.

Multiple comments do not increase the chances of winning.

Entries remain eligible for subsequent drawings unless the participant wins or becomes ineligible.

Comments must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines.

Viewers are encouraged to subscribe to the Will Mitchell Belize YouTube channel and follow the journey to 100,000 subscribers.

Subscribing, liking, and sharing are encouraged but are not required to enter or win and do not increase the chances of winning.

4. Giveaway Period and Milestones

The Giveaway begins on December 1, 2026.

The intended final giveaway milestone is 100,000 YouTube subscribers.

At each milestone, the Organizer will announce the applicable entry cutoff and winner-selection date in accordance with the finalized promotion schedule.

Once a prize is awarded, it will not be withdrawn because of subsequent fluctuations in subscriber numbers.

Any additional legally required promotion deadline or contingency procedure will be disclosed in the legally approved rules.

5. Belize Vacation Prizes

Five eligible winners will each receive a Belize vacation package for up to four people, consisting of the winner and three guests.

Each vacation includes:

• Round-trip economy airfare for up to four people.
• Accommodation in Belize.
• Travel dates coordinated between the Giveaway Organizer and the winner.

Travel Dates

Travel dates will be selected by mutual agreement between the Giveaway Organizer and the winner, subject to flight availability, accommodation availability, and published booking conditions.

The Organizer will work with the winner to arrange suitable travel dates.

Vacation Conditions

The final prize package will specify the number of nights, accommodations, eligible departure airports, airfare limits, booking deadlines, and any included activities.

Expenses not expressly included in the vacation package will be the responsibility of the winner and guests.

Approximate retail value of each vacation: US$5,000.

6. Grand Prize — Secret Beach Property Lot

When the Will Mitchell Belize YouTube channel reaches 100,000 subscribers within the qualifying promotion period, one lucky eligible participant will be selected to win a property lot in the Secret Beach area of Ambergris Caye, Belize.

The property prize includes the designated land lot only. No construction or development services are included unless specifically stated.

Closing and Transfer Costs

The Giveaway Organizer will cover ordinary Belize closing and transfer expenses required to convey the property to the verified winner, including:

• Belize property stamp duty.
• Legal and professional closing fees.
• Title registration and transfer expenses.
• Standard property conveyance costs.

The Organizer will arrange for the property transfer through a qualified Belize legal professional.

The winner will remain responsible for applicable personal tax obligations and ongoing property ownership expenses following transfer.

7. Winner Selection

At each qualifying subscriber milestone, one lucky eligible participant will be selected from the comments on qualifying Will Mitchell Belize YouTube videos published since the giveaway began.

Winners will be selected through a documented random drawing among eligible participants.

Each eligible participant has one entry per drawing, regardless of how many qualifying comments they have submitted.

A participant may win only one prize during the Giveaway.

Potential winners must complete identity and eligibility verification before being officially declared winners.

If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be verified, or fails to claim a prize within the prescribed period, an alternate may be selected using the same random drawing procedure.

8. Winner Announcements and Notification

Potential winners may be announced through the Will Mitchell Belize YouTube channel and an official reply to their qualifying YouTube comments.

Selected participants must contact the Organizer through the official claim instructions within seven calendar days of notification, subject to applicable legal requirements.

The Organizer may require proof of identity, age, residency, and other documents reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver prizes.

Winners will never be required to pay a prize-release fee.

9. Canadian Winner Requirements

Where required by applicable law, Canadian potential winners must correctly answer an unaided, time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being officially declared winners.

Additional applicable Canadian federal or provincial requirements will be observed.

10. Taxes and Expenses

Winners are responsible for personal taxes arising from receiving their prizes, except for expenses specifically assumed by the Organizer.

The Organizer will cover ordinary Belize property closing and transfer costs for the Grand Prize.

Required tax documentation may be requested before prize fulfillment.

11. Prize Conditions

Prizes are subject to their published descriptions and conditions.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable unless expressly permitted by the Official Rules and applicable law.

The Organizer may substitute prize components of equal or greater value where legally permissible and reasonably necessary.

The Organizer makes no guarantee of future property appreciation, rental revenue, or investment returns.

12. Publicity and Privacy

Winners may be announced on the Will Mitchell Belize YouTube channel and associated social media platforms.

Any additional promotional use of a winner's photograph, interview, or likeness will be subject to applicable law and required consent.

Personal information collected during verification will be used to administer the Giveaway and deliver prizes.

Participant information will not be sold to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

13. Fraud Prevention and Disqualification

The Organizer may disqualify participants who:

• Provide fraudulent information.
• Submit automated or fraudulent entries.
• Attempt to enter under multiple identities.
• Interfere with the winner-selection process.
• Violate the Official Rules or applicable YouTube Community Guidelines.

Disqualifications will be reasonable, documented, and consistently applied.

14. YouTube Disclaimer

This Giveaway is independently organized by Will Mitchell Belize.

YouTube and Google are not sponsors, administrators, endorsers, or partners in this promotion.

By participating, entrants release YouTube from liability associated with the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

The Organizer is responsible for administering the Giveaway and fulfilling prizes.
