“Morris was in constant communication, which really put me at ease.”

— Andrew

Before investing in Belize, Andrew Taylor spent considerable time researching destinations throughout the Caribbean and Central America. Like many international buyers, he wanted confidence in the country's stability, the legitimacy of the opportunity, and the ability to comfortably communicate and do business in English. After connecting with Morris and the RE/MAX Belize team, those concerns quickly began to disappear. Through video calls, detailed conversations, and consistent communication, Morris helped Andrew understand the market and feel comfortable moving forward with his purchase. In fact, Andrew purchased remotely before visiting Belize, something he says was only possible because of the trust and confidence built throughout the process. Today, he's extremely happy with his decision and says he would gladly recommend Morris to friends and future buyers. His advice to anyone considering Belize is simple: ask questions, do your research, and lean on experienced professionals who have helped many buyers successfully navigate the process before.

Hey there, my name is Andrew Taylor. Coming to Belize took a lot of research and looking into different Caribbean and Central American properties and areas. Our biggest concern was that I could speak to the people in a language that I could understand, you know? So English is a big one. So one of the other concerns was what is the stability of the country? So knowing that Belize is very expat friendly, relatively safe politically, especially here on the island, was it legitimate? Obviously when you see things on sites you don't know what the concerns could be, you know, if it's an authentic, legitimate deal. So that was a big concern.

Well, Morris was really good on the initial conversations with letting me know what's on the island, what it's all about, future potentials and everything else, which was really handy. Yeah, we did video calls, which was good. So putting a face to the name, extensive conversations first before I even pulled the trigger.

And then once I did, then he was in constant communication which was really good but put me at ease yeah i'm very happy with decision obviously it's early days i've only been here a month and a bit and definitely would recommend morris going forward for future builds and i'm hoping to recommend a few of my own friends so that says something well if you have any questions i would just keep reaching out to RE/MAX because you know they've done this many times over a lot of lots have been sold so they will be able to answer all your questions but yeah even if if you're unsure don't do what i did maybe come out I bought off-site so I took maybe a little bit more of a risk than some people would be happy to do.

So yeah, take a visit and have a look around and make your mind up after you've seen it yourself.
