After watching videos about the community, Rob connected with the RE/MAX Belize team and was introduced to Trevor Stack. From the beginning, Trevor took the time to understand exactly what Rob was looking for, walking him through multiple homes, lots, and floor plans before helping him select the Jib model as the foundation for his dream home. Trevor also coordinated introductions to architect Cooter Ramsey, helping Rob customize the design to fit his vision while keeping the process efficient and cost-effective. Once construction began, Rob credits not only Trevor but the entire RE/MAX Belize and project management teams for making what could have been a stressful international build feel surprisingly straightforward. Working alongside Jenny and the construction management team, he received regular updates, photos, videos, and prompt communication throughout the process, despite only visiting Belize a couple of times during construction.
